Walton “Sandy” Miller, Jr.

Mr. Miller graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979 with a BBA in Accounting. Upon graduation, he joined one of the world’s largest international public accounting firms. In 1986, he became a partner of Miller Hays Romine PC. The firm provided accounting, consulting, tax compliance, and planning for small businesses and high-income individuals in North Dallas. Mr. Miller later served as President until the firm combined with CF & Co, LLC in 2002. He had significant involvement with assisting pass-through entities to comply with their federal and state income tax responsibilities.

Having over 41 years of accounting experience in the public accounting industry, Mr. Miller now oversees the accounting for RCP and its subsidiaries.

Mr. Miller has been married to his wife Laura for 40 years. They enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. Sandy also loves spending time outdoors in many capacities with his family and friends.
